Ray Ro and Leonica are working music directors with a decade-plus residency experience across Dubai's premium hospitality scene. They've programmed for venues across Ritz-Carlton, St. Regis Dubai, SLS Dubai, Jumeirah, Burj Al Arab and more.
The checkup is personal — not delegated to a junior. The reason it's free is that we'd rather review a hundred venues and partner with five of the right ones than chase everyone. If you're at the four-star-and-up segment and you're opening, we want to look at your plan.

Is this really free?
Yes. There's no charge, no follow-up sales pressure, no commitment. We do roughly five to ten of these checkups a month for venues we'd potentially want to partner with. If we're a fit, we'll talk on the next call. If we're not, we'll tell you that and recommend who is.
What do you actually deliver, in writing?
A 1–2 page written brief sent to your inbox covering the six areas above, specific to the details you submit. Written by Ray or Leonica personally, not a templated PDF.
How long does it take?
Within 48 hours of submission, sometimes faster. If we have clarifying questions, we WhatsApp first; the written brief follows the conversation.
Do I have to be opening in Dubai?
No — we work across the UAE, KSA, Qatar, Maldives, and the wider Gulf. The brief adapts to your jurisdiction.
What if I've already opened?
We do checkups for refresh moments too — rebrand, refurbishment, new GM, drift correction. Choose 'Already open' in the form and tell us what's going on.
