What’s the typical investment?

Monthly retainers for a single-venue programme typically start at AED 18,000 and reach AED 35,000 — depending on cadence (four vs seven nights), roster size and event frequency. Larger group accounts on request.

What’s the commitment?

Three months minimum to allow the programme to find its arc. After that, thirty days written notice. No exit fees, no penalties.

Is there a trial?

The first month is treated as a trial. Cancel within thirty days for any reason — no questions, no kill fee, programme handover included.

How do we pay you?

One consolidated invoice on the 1st of each month, AED bank transfer, fourteen-day terms. Your accounting team sees a single line item instead of eight freelancer payouts.

How fast can you start?

Fourteen days from the first call to the first programmed set. Discovery week, programme draft, your approval — then we go live.

Do we approve the programme before it goes live?

Yes. Each month, we deliver a draft, you sign off, then it ships. Change anything anytime through the platform — no resign, no email thread.

Can my GM see what’s planned without me forwarding screenshots?

Yes — read-only dashboard access for as many internal stakeholders as you need. Ownership, F&B, marketing, ops. No additional cost.

What about private events outside the monthly programme?

Same contact, same platform, ad-hoc rates. Chef collaborations, off-season pop-ups, owner events, brand activations — all booked through us at a per-event rate.

How big is the roster?

Forty-plus vetted artists, growing monthly. We audition in-room before signing — every artist has played a real Dubai venue before joining us.

Multi-cultural coverage?

Arabic, English, French, Hindi, Russian, Italian and Spanish-fluent artists. We programme around your guest demographics — different night, different audience, different artist.

Can we request specific artists by name?

Yes. We work with anyone on the roster on request. If you have someone in mind we don’t currently represent, we scout — most additions to the roster come from venue introductions.

What if an artist doesn’t show?

The backup roster is auto-triggered if a confirmation is missed by 18:00. If both primary and backup fail — twice in two years — the set is credited at one hundred percent.

Permits, visas, insurance?

Every artist is work-permitted by us — no grey paperwork on your side. We carry AED 1,000,000 public liability insurance covering all performance events.

What if it doesn’t work out?

Thirty days written notice ends the programme. We hand over the calendar and the current month’s contracted artists — you can continue directly with them, or wind down clean. No locked relationships.

Can we see references?

Yes — after a discovery call, we connect you with current partners by mutual introduction. Out of respect for our existing rosters we don’t publish client lists.
